This agreement becomes effective, with 50% deposit, reserving the officiant services of Kauai Bliss weddings, for date and time agreed upon. Cancellations with more than 30 days notice may forfeit some of the deposit, at the officiant's discretion. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice may forfeit all of the deposit. Special consideration for pandemic related changes, postponements or cancelations. Balance is due no later than day of event. Services include help with ceremony script, personal consultation, coordination with venue, insurance and permits, if needed. This will be a secular ceremony, celebrating human values, not a religious worship service.
